Spiderman Banner

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here, and I'm excited to be sharing another design team project with you :O)  My nephew recently had a birthday, so of course I had to make him a banner!  Here is how it turned out:

*Timeless Twine - Black Coffee
*Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge - spiderweb frame
*Superman Cricut cartridge - font
*Wildcard Cricut cartridge - spiders
*Spiderman images from the internet
*Action Wobble - behind the Spiderman images

*It's always hard to take pictures of banners, but here is a shot of the whole thing.

*The black and white twine went so perfectly with the Spiderman colors!

*I used the twine to hang the banner, but also to tie some hanging spiders in between some of the banner pieces.

*To divide the "happy" and "birthday" a little better, I hung a few extra spiders in between.

I hope you liked my project :O)  Make sure you come back to check out more amazing twine inspired projects from the design team! And don't forget to check out the Timeless Twine July challenge HERE. TFL, and have a twine-tastic day!

Its a Twine thing!

Debbie here from "Bugjuiced"

I love twine so being on the Timeless Twine Team is like a dream come true!

Today I made two projects. The first is a shadowbox card. I hope you can tell but there is a little insert area  in the card and that is where I placed my stamped image.  I wanted kind of a tone on tone kind of look and I loved this olive green and white twine. I used a Close to my heart stamp set I had to do the lamp and sentiment. The sentiment was placed on a die I used from Creative Time for me. I love the way it turned out.

Second project

I am in a summer mode with my cards (stay turned July 31st for a great challenge!!0
So I decided to make a cute little card you could send out for an invite to a BBQ.
I used my new Cricut lite cartridge "Block Party". Its not a new cartridge out but
just new to me. I have gotten so many lately that I have wanted. I shop ebay cause
man you can get some deals! I love this little guy (My hubby wondered where "BOB" was on
the guys apron) He thinks everything I do needs to have his name on it! I am making him a
recipe book to put his recipes in. He has became quite the cook! I used one of my favorite
twine colors on this and it was the Cherry Red & White. This is also used on
my recipe book I will post when done.

NOW you must go to Shop for some yummy twine. Stacy also has lots
of great items to help make some cute gift items for your friends and family. Colored
straws, candy bags, tags and More!! Click here to be take to the SHOP

Thank you so much for stopping by to see all of the projects
the team has been busy making. Hope you are inspired.

Hugs, Debbie

Christmas... in July?

Yep, you read that right! Since it's CHA week, most companies are coming out with their Christmas collections right now! It just seems too early for me, but I thought I would run with the idea!

My husband tells me every year to get started on making my Christmas cards in the Summer so I don't have to cram that into my schedule a week before Christmas. You would think it would be just that simple considering there is an abundance of new Christmas paper out, right? Yeah.. not so simple for me!

So this year, since I was crafting projects for a few booths at CHA, I decided to at least get a head start on a box to hold my Christmas Cards! I'm sure that has to count for something!

I used the new Handmade Holiday paper collection from Simple Stories, and of coarse, some very festive Timeless Twine in Olive Green, Cherry Red, and Kraft Brown

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I was able to inspire you to get a little head start on your Christmas projects... it is only 5 months away you know! ;-)

I miss you Card: Cristina

Hey Twineaholics,

It's Cristina from Crafting with Cristina posting a little twine design inspiration from you. I personally cannot find enough uses for this fantastic twine and am always uncovering fun new uses.

For today's Inspiration I wanted to share a project that I made with the Cherry Red Timeless Twine

DSCN1395

This project is so super cute. I knew when I saw this adorable map paper that I wanted to make a Thinking of you card. And what better what to show the long distance connection that connecting these two cuties with a twine heart?

I drew out a thin line of Scotch Quick dry adhesive in my design and lined up the Cherry red twine. Be careful not to add too much adhesive as it can get messy. I held the twine in place until I was sure it would dry.

I personally think it addes the perfect final touch to this card project.

I hope you enjoyed your daily twine Inspiration, head on over to my blog to check out more design specifics for this project!

Have a fantastic day!

♥Cristina♥

Twine Scene

Hello and Good Morning everyone.  Annette Allen here with you today sharing a little fun way to use twine as your scene on your card.  Today is my first post being on the awesome Timeless Twine Design Team.  I am so excited to be here with you all today.  I hope you enjoy.
On this card I decided to create a little scene using the fabulous:  Olive Green and Aqua Blue twine.  For the Olive Green I just glued down with Martha Stewart all purpose gel glue and for the clouds I actually stamped and trimmed the clouds then adhered the twine and just trimmed around the edges.  I just love how the twine really makes the card and also how easy to create a fun scene.
